Good location, good selection at breakfast - cooked and fresh fruit etc. Rooms are tired and need updating. The room I had 141 smelt. Being there for a few days the Gym could do with being open a little earlier. Also find it off-putting that you have pay for parking on top of what you have paid already to stay.

We stayed here on our way home from Thorpe Park to break up the journey- me and my husband and our 3 young cousins (9, 11 and 12). We were given the adjoining rooms that we requested and rooms were made up for all of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, even the sofa beds. Showers were hot with decent pressure. Breakfast was great- it was nice to see alternative milk option out as we usually have to request it at other hotels! Staff were really helpful and friendly. There are plenty of shops/takeaways around and a grassy park to go for a stroll just behind the hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right under your foot.

Generally a nice place to stay, met our needs and not over priced. Pleasant staff, the bed was comfy, great bathroom with fast hot water, good telly etc, breakfast was good too. We didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed, I let one of the staff in the corridor know, and when we got back he had made the sofa up nicely for us.

Short stay for just sleep on a business trip. Parking was a little confusing but the room was comfy and fairly quiet (I had an early night so was a little loud but nothing unreasonable).
