My room was great and fulfilled my expectations. The service is well-mannered und very kind. During my stay were some building lift-ups - things has to done a day. All good because they made it as quiet as possible.

The hotel room just needed a couple of tweaks to give this a higher rating. A comfortable chair in the room is needed for reading or meditation. The room size and bathroom were a nice size and clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location to liberty square and lots of restaurants and shopping. Some of the staff were friendly and some seemed somewhat inconvenienced.

We really liked our stay at Platforma and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and the hotel has an attached restaurant that was open till 11 pm. The location is walking distance to tourist attractions and there are a few grocery stores and restaurants around the corner as well.

A super unique hotel in a great area of town, with fantastic views of the city. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony that had a beautiful view of the Mother of Georgia statue. The hotel has a cool decoration, it's new, different and modern. Staff is extremely helpful, especially Irakli K, who was very friendly and assisted us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and are looking forward to visiting again!

Great location and hotel

The hotel itself is very nice. Good location to old town (though the streets are currently a bit torn up for renovations, making getting around walkign or by car a bit tough), very clean and modern inside, and a bit artsy. Very nice overall. They oddly require a 100GEL deposit for the minibar, which is not fun, and one person on the staff isn't the most outgoing or willing to help on easy things that'd make the guest experience better (language barrier could be part of it).
