Terrific

Great spot. Right in the middle of everything - food, stores, etc. would definitely come back here. Check in/out was super easy

Older establishment but decent value for the cost. Was disappointed to see a dirty sink upon arrival but the rest of the room was sufficiently clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors tv. All in all it was decent for an overnight stay.

Great room for the value. Full size fridge, microwave and a nice bathroom and kitchen areas. It is my go to hotel when I have to do anything at Mohegan.Sun or Foxwoods

Excellent Stay

Good experience. Actually better than I expected. Clean, comfortable, and neat. The fridge was a slim 5 foot one with a freezer and a decent size microwave. Those 2 things are a bonus and both in immaculate condition. The sheets were clean and the bed was made up nice. Bathroom was also clean. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the ‘bathroom sink’ is placed outside of the bathroom close to the microwave and counter which was weird to me.

Staff and room was good the hotel was hardly book and yet guests were put in the room next door that were loud and rowdy all night that between the guests next door the plastic mattress cover and uncomfortable bed did not make for a good stay. Since the front desk staff left at 11 there was no one to report the guests next door to

Check in was seamless. The roim was clean except for mirror. On one bed there was a pillow case missing and the other oullow case was stained.

My ac unit went out and I was staying for 2 weeks. They didn’t give us a fan or change our rooms when they said they would. They wouldn’t even compensate us for the HELL we were staying in. Mind you we’re homeless so we had to stay there.

Mattress covers are awfully plastic and sounds like plastic bags when you move. There is no shampoo, hair dryer or iron in the units. Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the extent of not working at all. Area around the hotel is empty. Though the expectations were not high but it was one of the worst stay and we tried to leave as soon as possible.

Disappointed

The room had a funny odor to it the lights in the bathroom were very very loud so that you had to use the bathroom in the dark and the toilet didn’t flush as normal. I will not be going back to this one.

Not bad for the price

The rooms are a decent size. I had 2 Queen beds. There was a full sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is free coffee in the lobby from 7-10am.
