This hotel started off bad with musty rooms, a very strong musty smell, and much more. Their cancellation policy was also a problem. We booked three rooms for a week for between $2,000 and $3,000. When we asked them to clean the rooms, they refused, claiming they don't clean them after every guest, but every three nights. When I decided to leave and forfeit one day's rent for the three rooms, the Hotels.com customer service I booked with told me that the hotel policy was that if it was after 12:00 AM, they would charge us the full amount for the entire week. We had only checked in 3 hours early, as if they wanted to charge us $1,000 per hour or something. After I seriously considered calling the police to look into this, the hotel management informed me that they would only charge me for the first night of the three rooms. Hotels.com customer service contacted me and confirmed that the money would be refunded in 10 business days or less. Even if the conflict wasn't resolved quickly, I will not allow my family's children to live in moldy places.
