The property is an old and run down. I couldn’t understand why it had a rating of over 7. But once there I realized that very few North Americans stay there. So it is more like a 2 by North American standards. Also, the only place to eat nearby is McDonald’s. Next time I go to Suriname I will stay at the Radison or the Marriott. Their location alone makes the difference. Lots of restaurants near them. Wish I had known this before. Oh well.

Place is not acceptable as a hotel is rotten and falling down ac and amenities. Are just old rusted and u can hear the persons in the next room balcony is rotten ac making extremely loud noise bed is old very uncomfortable just horrible place to stay

Room conditioner not cold. The cleaner failed giving replacement towel. She failed resupply the room tea bags. 1 day she left the new bed sheet let me handle it. I paid extra @US$12.50 x 5 for breakfast, only the first 4 days the coffee shop open. On the 5th day my day of to check out, the coffee shop not open. I did not have my final breakfast. I now request a refund of US$12.50 credit to my cr card.

cette fois-ci, j'ai observé une grande chambre où sont déposés des lits de toute part, la propreté au niveau des climatiseurs est à revoir urgemment; il s'agit de salubrité problème de santé publique, cette côté rue, est bruyante, les extracteurs également. merci de prendre en compte, les observations de manière à améliorer ce beau coin du centre ville.

Bien placé mais déçu de la qualité

Il y avait un ravet mort dans la salle de bain, les draps étaient sales (poils, cheveux tâches), j'ai dû demander à une gentille dame "Employée d'étage" si elle pouvait nettoyer la chambre. Malheureusement elle s'occupait des autres chambres vu que la mienne n'était pas dans sa liste puisqu'elle était censé être déjà nettoyé.

Hôtel déconseillé quelque soit le motif du déplace

La première chambre attribuée était occupée par une autre famille alors que la réservation a été faite en février pour un séjour en août. Après un très long voyage, nous sommes arrivées tardivement donc on espérait un repos paisible maisl malheureusement une chambre a été mise à notre disposition qu'à 6h15 pour un départ le même jour à 10h. Il y avait un grand lit pour 3 personnes, des oreillers tachés inutilisables à cause des odeurs, pas de téléviseur, pas de carte de disponible pour l'ouverture et la fermeture il fallait passer par le gardien, qui détenait aussi une télécommande pour le climatiseur donc on avait aucun contrôle dessus. Également, 2 serviettes (1 verte et probablement 1 blanche qui est devenue beige) en piteux états étaient disponibles mais nous avons utilisé les nôtres. Quant aux odeurs désagréables, l'utilisation de désodorisant "personnel" était plus que nécessaire. Pas de petit-déjeuner et ni la possibilité d'en achter dans l'hôtel contrairement aux pancartes. En résumé, c'était la seule chambre de disponible mais qui n'avaient pas été mise à la disposition des clients précédemment probablement pour toutes ces difficultés.
