Paper thin walls

The rooms are connecting, separated by a paper thin door. You can literally hear every sound in the adjoining room. The people next door were partying until 3:00 AM and each and every beer opened could be heard

El peor Hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado

Para el check inn tuvimos que esperar a que la recepcionista terminara con sus expedientes para atendernos (literal nos pidió que la esperáramos para atendernos). Las toallas de los baños están rotas y viejas, parecen más trapeadores que toallas. En una ocasión para bajar del elevador, la señora de la limpieza no nos permitió bajar hasta que terminara de trapear y luego subiera su escoba al piso superior para que posteriormente pudiéramos bajar a PB. En el área de comedor se supone puedes hacer uso de la cafetería, agua/hielo pero en fin de semana “olvidan” dejar vasos para poder usarlos. Por otro lado, cuando llueve el agua se mete en la cafetería y se inunda, cubiertos y platos de plástico apostillados. Las tarjetas de los cuartos se desconfiguran y tienes que solicitar apoyo a reconfigurarla. La alfombra en los pasillos está más que sucia y apesta en general. Sinceramente la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel, jamás volvería a hospedarme en alguno de la marca. La mentalidad del personal es primero yo y lo que estoy haciendo, de último el cliente.

El hotel luce mas viejo que como se ve en las fotos, es una opcion aceptable si esta a buen precio. La television no funcionaba correctamente ya que se trababa mucho y la calidad del audio de la tv es muy mala, deberian invertir en mejores marcas de tv. Deberian poner un poco mas de cuidado en la limpieza de las mesas en el buffet de desayuno ya que muchos huespedes dejan muy sucio y llega un momento donde no hay ninguna mesa limpia.

En la descripción del hotel ofrecen gimnasio, está deshabilitado. La caja de seguridad no servía. Paredes muy delgadas se oye todo de un cuarto a otro. Desayuno escaso y no hay sillas suficientes en el restaurante para los huéspedes, desayunamos parados. Falta personal, servicio poco eficiente.
