Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*, at best, best, 3*. You should avoid

Anazing Place!

Breakfast delivered to our room each day was amazing! The Choclate oreo pancakes are out of this world! Spa treatments were amazing. The room was absolutely incredible we loved the pool on the patio and the large room. The staff were incredible. So helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back to stay. It was such a relaxing place. The pool and hit tub at the spa was very nice as well. Also, dinner was fantastic and delicious. We had room service 2 nights. Cannot be eating out on the patio as the sun goes down.

Amazing hotel, great service

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful hotel - it has incredible views over Chania and we loved lounging on the balcony by the pool in an afternoon. The service was excellent (breakfast was huge!) and the hotel is perfectly equipped. Be aware that the walk into town is quite far but the number 18 bus stops only a few minutes away from the hotel and takes less than 20 minutes to the town centre. We can't wait to come back!
