Nice hotel but serious issues with service.
The location is great and the rooms are a good size, but that’s where the positives end. We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves.
WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room.
Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service.
Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes.
The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
