We always try and stay here when in Fargo. Love that it's dog friendly! It's quests quiet and clean and breakfast area is nice and clean. Area seems safe. This one trip, there was a guy the staff kicked out as he pretty much cleaned out the breakfast area filling up his bag with food. Not sure if he was homeless, but I don't think he was a guest. Sadly not the hotel fault. I am sure this happens a lot at hotels who offer free breakfast.

We liked the location and that it was around other hotels. The parking was adequate and I like that the second floor was for people without pets. Staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to book online to save a little money and she let us know it would be about 10 minutes before the booking would come through and she could process it.

Front desk staff did their job but not with a smile. I didn’t feel welcome there. Lots of questionable people hanging around the hotel. Room was clean but rundown. Continental breakfast was lacking greatly and many items like the eggs and breakfast meat were empty not even an hour after it opened.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was good, breakfast was simple but fine. Hotel could use a bit of a facelift as wallpaper was starting to peel in the halls, the room itself was nice, clean and convenient. We had trouble with the wifi, couldn't connect and after several trips to the front desk we finally got it solved. Price was good and we would stay here again
