We arrived at 2pm and went to the desk to see if we could check on early but no one was at the desk. I stood there for awhile, two different people walked by didn’t say anything. I went back out to our car and sat there until 3pm. There was someone at the desk to check us in. Our room was very nice, the staff friendly and breakfast was just enough. The pool looked nice but I didn’t have a bathing suit with me.

A lot of noise in middle of night. Room close to stairwell and door opened and closed multiple times around 1-2am. Old/outdated rooms but pretty clean. Bed comfortable.

Someone left there colored washcloth in the shower which tells me the shower wasn’t cleaned in between room rentals. Air conditioner would not work unless it was set on 62. Other than that good stay.

Hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Customer service was great. Hotel is a little dated but other than that, we had no issues. Pool was closed down on first day but they had it up and running by the next day.

Disappointed

Lady who checked me in was very cordial and sweet. Room was on the back side of hotel, very loud train traffic all evening and into early morning. Room was clean. Bathroom, where tub and toilet are, had lots of hair on the floor. Bathtub had the interior lining coming off of the sides. Like paint peeling. Lots of surrounding restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

My only complaint is I waited for about 10 minutes to come to the desk for me to check in. Otherwise the stay was great!

Overall the stay was fine. The room had a humid feel to it, but not sure why. Staff was friendly, but I had to ask for extra wash clothes 3 times. Only replace towels every third day, which I felt was a bit inconvenient. Common areas were clean and well attended.
