Good stay

Hotel was in an excellent location with parking just down the road and was a good price. Beds were comfortable in one room but had different mattresses in the other room which were thin, hard and not comfortable. Only one height of pillow which was comfortable for some of us but uncomfortable for others. Rooms were clean, and staff friendly, overall would recommend!

Loved the place. Pretty, clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. My first morning I went downstair late, the breakfast area was already clean... But I had a headache and wanted a cup of coffee... The staff helped me out with it and the lady from the kitchen area gave me a croissant and pastry. Such a sweetheart. Unfortunately for me, when I checked out, I forgot one of the souvenir's I bought in my room. Contacted front desk, they told me they have it and didn't throw it away.. so my friend is going to stop by to pick it up. And the location!! Is absolutely great .. close to metro, transportation, cafes and restaurants... I pretty much walked everywhere.

Basic accommodation less than 10 mins' walk from the train station and city centre. Very small bathroom. Dinner only served Mon to Thurs. I went to the restaurant on Thurs eve and while there were several diners in there, there was no sign of any serving staff there on in the bar - I waited for almost 10 mins and left. If you want somewhere basic to sleep this is fine - but paying more than €60 is too much.

Absolutely no one in this hotel can speak English. There are several front lady’s at the desk and not a single person can speak English. It was an absolute nightmare trying to communicate with staff was completely impossible. The front lady actually yelled at me when I said it lists English on the website as a spoken language in this hotel. The hotel is very unaccommodating. The most unaccommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No coffee in the rooms. When I asked for coffee, I was charged three euros for an instant cup of coffee. Two towels provided for two people. No hand towel, no face towel, one roll of half used toilet paper. The shower is tiny, rooms not properly cleaned. Would not recommend even for a budget. Not a three star more of a one star.

Plutôt un Ibis budget

Chambre très exigüe, surtout la salle de bain-wc. Pour des personnes un peu âgé, ou avec une mobilité réduite, la hauteur du bac de douche pourrait être un problème. L'hôtel semble ancien, avec des fenêtres à l'isolation phonique très moyenne. Ca manque d'un minimum d'ameublement, rangement, porte manteau. La propreté générale était très moyenne aussi. Un gobelet dédié à des boissons chaudes dans la salle de bain qui contenait de la poussière et un sol avec quelques poussières. J'ai reconnu des prestations que l'on retrouverait dans un Ibis Budget finalement. Rien de cassé, rien de dramatique, mais ce n'est pas ce qu'on peut attendre d'un Ibis classique. Selon le prix demandé, ça peut choquer. Attention s'il fait vraiment chaud ou froid dehors. Le chauffage semble limité à 19°C et la clim à ... 26 degrés d'après une affiche. De quoi avoir froid ou chaud malgré le chauffage/climatisation, et rien à faire.

Chambre ( avec 2 lits) minuscule, lits inconfortables, unique chaise en bois inconfortable, SDB minuscule ( mais une fenêtre), gros vis-à-vis. nous y avons passé 3 nuits et c'est trop . Il ne faut pas avoir à y rester dans la chambre, aucun confort. amabilité du personnel très variable. Bref je ne recommande pas, malgré un prix en effet attractif.
