All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful 24/7. The room was nice and clean with free water. Free tea and coffee is also always available from the staff. Plenty of local amenities with some nice coffee shops and breakfast cafes. Overall fantastic stress free stay :)

I recently stayed here and had a generally positive experience. The standout feature was definitely the exceptional customer service – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They truly made the stay enjoyable. However, there were a few things to note. The room size was a bit cramped for 3 people, so if you're planning to stay with multiple guests, you might want to consider whether that might be an issue. Additionally, while the hotel is quite comfortable, it doesn’t offer breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Overall, the experience was good. If you're looking for excellent service and a reasonably priced stay in a central location, Istanroom by EKO Hotel is a solid choice!
