I stayed at the hotel from March 20 to 23 along with daily breakfast, on these days dining in the hotel restaurant In the morning although breakfast was very busy. but a female staff Ms. GIANG impressed me she was friendly helpful with excellent service It also made me have a good impression of the hotel and Oyster Harbor this place The hotel has such a service performance of excellent employees is really rare so reflect to the hotel in recognition of its excellent service performance.

The stay was satisfactory overall. I liked the beachfront room as the sea facing view was relaxing and therapeutic. The amenities in the room were quite standard and cleanliness of the room was also acceptable. The view of the dipping pool at the roof TOP was stunning.

Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

Hidden cost

We are very surprised during check in that we have to pay extra for sea view. They should have annotated in Hotel.com so that we know this in advance. Concierge service is excellent and the bell boy/driver - Dragon is very helpful and reliable.

Excellent bell service and best in Vietnam

Bell service ( Dragon ) is very helpful and hard working. Breakfast staff are very friendly and one of the best team we have encountered in Vietnam. We are let down by the front desk because she is not flexible enough to allow to check into a beach front. Early morning always awaken by very noisy and loud rolling sounds. Not sure what’s that and very unusual.

View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects. Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.

ホテルの部屋はとても広く2部屋を繋げたオーシャンビューの特別なお部屋でした。 朝食のビュッフェも食べきれないほどの量があり、毎日楽しかったですし、美味しかったです。パン、チャーハン、麺、サラダ，フルーツ、デザートなど盛りだくさんでした。 特に暖かい汁を入れてくれるフォーがとても美味しかったです。 残念だったのは、毎晩夜海沿いでパーティーをしていて夜な夜な重低音が響き、子連れでしたのでそこが辛かったです。 朝は目の前の海から朝陽が昇り美しかったです。朝の5時ころから海水浴を楽しんでいる人もいました。

壁が薄いという口コミがありましたが、大丈夫かなと思って宿泊しました。 ですが、コネクティングルームでドアを隔ててるだけなので、そりゃ隣の声など気になるなーってところです。 私が宿泊した際はお隣がファミリーだったようで、小さい赤ちゃんが夜中3時くらいから朝方まで何度も泣いていました。

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Gegenüber der Straße befindet sich der Strand. Night Market Son Tra sowie Dragon Bridge ist 10 min Fahrt entfernt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir Drink Vouchers (1x pro Zimmer) erhalten. Bei der Abreise hat uns das Hotel ein kostenloses Shuttle Service angeboten, aufgrund unserer langen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer (Connecting Room) war sehr groß. Auf dem Kingsbett könnten durchaus 3 Personen schlafen. 😀 Leider wurden die Fenster seitlich des Gebäudes gebaut, sodass nur sehr bedingt Tageslicht ins Zimmer reinströmt. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer mit zu wenig Beleuchtung ausgestattet, was das Zimmer noch trübe erschienen ließ. Des Weiteren war der Schimmelgeruch überall im Zimmer zu riechen. Wir haben das Personal darauf angesprochen, aber das Problem konnte leider nicht beseitigt werden. Es wäre gut, wenn das Personal Duftstäbchen in den Zimmern hinstellen würde, um den Geruch einigermaßen zu neutralisieren. - Taxifahrer standen direkt vor dem Eingang des Hotels. Ein Tipp: Bestelle vorab ein Taxi über Grab bevor du das Hotel verlässt. Poolbereich war zugänglich, leider sehr chaotisch aufgrund einer Renovierung.
