Fantastic hotel .very clean and in a good central location. Only issue we had was the window wouldn't shut properly which meant you could hear the traffic at night .we reported the issue which was not fixed but the hotel did move us to another room.would recommended this hotel

Great location and excellent room

Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the train station. Walking distance to old town and other great restaurants and cafes as well as lots of options for shopping including the supermarket. Room was excellent - spacious for our family of three. Bathroom even had a large bath tub! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was very pleasant --- not too large, but so well organized and furnished that it worked like a large room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Bilbao. Only suggestion would be to provide a rubberized bath mat --- tub floor was a bit slippery, and tub walls were high.

Great location, friendly and modern

Nice, modern hotel in the city centre (but on a quiet street). Friendly staff and quick check in. Had a suite for three people with a central TV wall to offer a degree of privacy for the comfortable sofa bed. Quite minimalistic (all white) but this gave a clean fresh feel. Breakfast was reasonable - free coffee in reception throughout day. Easy walking to all main sights in Bilbao and in the heart of the shops.

The good and the not-so-good

The good: very close to train station, comfortable rooms that are fairly spacious, comfortable bed. Staff at desk were very helpful and friendly. The not-so-good: construction noise in the middle of the night, breakfast had good variety, but quality of some of food (very wet scrambled eggs and undercooked hard boiled eggs) was poor. They ran low on some items at 8am and that were not refilled timely. The breakfast room gentleman was friendly and helpful, but the lady who worked there on our second morning was not.

Simple but great location.

Nice small room with everything you need. Modern decor. Great location close to everything: shopping, the old town, the Guggenheim. Perfect if you arrive by train since it's right by the train station. However, there was a strong smell of air freshener in the room, and when that subsided, a weak smell of mold. The view was of the next door shopping mall. The breakfast was served in a basement room without windows, which was a bit depressing.
