The venue is located around the harbour port in Auckland. Room was massive had everything that would need during the stay. Lots of dinning options at the hotel but also around the hotel as well if you did not want to eat at the hotel. Ferry terminal was around 5mins walk from the hotel so was very close by. It is a bit of a walk to the CBD but still not to far. Staff was very friendly and so helpful during the stay.

We were very disappointed with the Onemata restaurant as we had booked here specifically to enjoy the chef’s service but were asked about what we don’t eat,we stated ham but still they brought bacon with Scallops so this was not good enough.

Opened in 2020, the hotel is a marvel of modern design. Our spacious 65-square-meter room was not only luxurious but thoughtfully appointed to ensure our complete comfort. Every detail was curated for the enjoyment of its guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We're especially grateful to our excellent server, Goff, whose friendly demeanour made our mornings even more enjoyable. The Park Hyatt Hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest establishments we've ever experienced, and it contributed significantly to making our time in Auckland memorable. Without a doubt, I won't consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Auckland.

High price with poor service

Magnificent building and location, cleanliness and service was well below par.

Checking in was slow. They didnt charge the cost of the room till checkout. 2 hours after I checked in, there was a knock on my door and two more times then someone with a key tried to get in. I told the reception about this and they said thats their nightly check. I just dont get how you would check in on someone two hours later.
