Best hotel in Subic but not perfect

It’s the nicest hotel in Subic , but it has its issues , the wifi was terribly slow and unreliable I couldn’t even stream a song without it buffering . , the hotel pools are amazing but the beach is so gross garbage everywhere and sewage being dumped into it from nearby stream , some advice to the hotel if you want to invest in your future , hire someone to clean up the garbage on the beach , I know it’s not your fault but it DOES affect your guest experience and willing to return . How much does it really cost to pay someone the Low minimum wage to spend the day cleaning up the mess on the beach right next to you. Anyways I still think it’s the best hotel here which isn’t saying much because the other hotels I’m Subic leave a lot to be desired also . It gets 4 stars almost entirely because of the pools which are once in a lifetime experience

Great hotel except my room was bugged!

I checked in and went to my room, but discovered that the key wouldn't open the door. I was reissued a another key and I dropped off my luggage. I returned to my room later and discovered large bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Soon after, I noticed bugs also on the walls in the bedroom area. I requested a different room and was satisfied thereafter!
