Xlnt location for modest price and with parking.

The Owners have nicely refurbished this old Long Beach motel. Still a few things to attend to. There was no clothes hanger bar, [empty brackets were there] so we had to lay our hang ups on the chair. The original tub/shower control was very hard to turn. Plenty of warm water on tap. 4 super fluffy pillows were nice. Bed ok.

I don’t know if they need a remodel but wow! Lacking in everything it was outdated room and bathroom. Funky smell and dirty in elevator. No I won’t return to this hotel. I get it might be cheap but not cheap enough for any you get. Yes, you do get shops and restaurant close by the only positive thing I can say about it.

This property smells so bad and the room smelled like cigarettes. I brought alcohol hospital grade wipes to clean the room and never slept in their sheets. So so dirty. It is a good location that’s the only thing it has going for itself. I feel because they’re in a good location they put no effort into making it nice

There were just a few concerns about the property. It wasn’t very clean (hair in the shower, loose screws on the floor, broken tiles, something on the shower curtain), the toilet wasn’t quite anchored to the floor and almost constantly made noise. However, it felt fairly safe and the AC worked well. The breakfast was ok, but not anything too exciting.

What I didn’t like was the bathroom was dirty it was .I used the washcloth got some bleach and clean bathroom it was an old building looking like they’re trying to remodel and it. This place was not what they advertise in their hotels.com ad the rooms where not newly remodeled as stated parking was horrible we had to park off-site in the alley and our room had a big broken window that we didn't notice until later that night hotels.com really needs to do a onsite inspection of said property because it's not what was advertised even with proof of the broken window they want to say the rooms are remodeled and there was no issue stated onsite when in fact there was

I wish I had better things to say about this hotel but unfortunately we saw several cockroaches in our room, the elevator and the and the hallway. The floor and furniture were dusty. We chose this hotel to be closer to the beach which was the only good thing about the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

The property worked for our needs and fit our budget. Although everything was well used, the rooms and property were clean. I did find a single cockroach in my room and one on the outside of my room door. Both of which I took care of. I did not see any other insects in my room.

I have pretty low standards for hotels and this one was absolutely disgusting. There were so many roaches in the room. On the walls, the floors, I even found one crawling on my pillow. The place looked clean and tidy but was completely infested. I stayed awake all night laying in the center of the bed watching for roaches. I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. The property manager refused to refund the second unused night. Do not stay here. This is a fair warning.
