Check in was easy and they had a room available to accommodate for early check in. The room was very nice and was an exceptional value in my opinion. We had a view of downtown Ft Lauderdale and the ocean from our balcony. It’s a five minute walk to the ocean. The restaurant was open on Thanksgiving and the staff was very friendly. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze as well.

We love this property, we come here every year or two. Great views in the intercostal balcony room. Accommodating staff. At a water taxi stop. They need to fix their hot tub though

Monte(sp?) in housekeeping was a delight! Although room was dated, it was clean, as was the hotel. Water pressure in shower great with ample hot water. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable to the point I didn’t sleep all the way through one night.

I think your housekeeping staff needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms, changing my towels, but not cleaning my floors it’s totally unacceptable. The dining room area for breakfast needs to also be thoroughly cleaned the areas around my table adjacent to the windows were very filthy. Your lovely area and your outside facility was the best part of my stay.
