Beautiful property but i didn't like the beds usa queen sizes its double bed alot smaller and need some upgrades, shower head, faucets looks very old no microwave or refrigerator at units , breakfast always great but dinner very poir even when it comes to " restaurants " Italian only has 7 inch samll pizza, and 2 other meals and all restaurants they have very limited to order only 3 different meals to irder from but gust serves excellent and bar always open great drinks

Intimate, not a big one, great memories for our family/grandchildren since 2010. Great services, discreet and effective. Clean white beach good activities. Great for older guests middle aged younger and children. Good shows. We will be back again

The hotel is what you make it. It really is a 3 star hotel if you are use to 4 or 5 stars book it and dont waste your money on high expectations because you wont get it here. If you just need Beach, Pool, place to sleep then here is not that bad book it and call it a vacation in mexico. I honestly think the customer service is good which is what made my experience not so bad after all. Everyone was very nice and tried their best. However, I wont be back. I hope this helps!

The room was not cleaned at all. We didn’t have lamp shades on our lights. dents in the drywall someone’s head must of got banged up against the wall, front door had a large gap underneath the door, cracked drywall with a bad caulking job, mildew on the curtains, ceiling fan dusty, bath tub had rust inside such as where the soap lays or handle to turn on/ off water, as well as the tub stopper. It had a musty smell inside. I called it the homicide room.

The area around this resort stinks. Additionally, much seaweed in the water, but staff does rake it out regularly. Coverings on beds on the beach were dirty and not changed regularly. Room description inaccurate- reserved a suite, which stated it had a living room, but it was just a large bedroom with just a large bed and not even a chair. Sink drain partially stopped up and housekeeping didn't report it for 5 days. Tub drain had green mold coming up in it. Very limited food choices in the one buffet- same thing basically every day for lunch and dinner. Would not recommend this resort .
