Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are fashioned to pay homage to the original era of the building which I appreciated, it was like stepping back in time which was really cool. I thought my room could have used a deep clean though bc there was a good amount of dust on the main light fixture that hangs over the bed, behind the headboard and on the molding. Otherwise the room and the bathroom were clean. It was also surprisingly quiet for where it’s located.

I stayed at The Life Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every single moment of it! The location is absolutely perfect just a couple of minutes from Times Square. Our room was on a lower floor and the size was just right for us. There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor, so you can hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but it didn’t bother us at all. I would 100% rebook here if I visit New York City again!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The room was perfect, bigger than we expected, clean, stylish, and comfortable. We would definitely choose this place again! It was centrally located. We could walk down 5th Ave, to Time Square, Penn Station, and the subway. The staff was kind, reassuring, and made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Great place to stay!
