We checked in to a well appointed room.The desk staff was open and friendly. We found a dirty fridge, which with a bit of soap and hot water was clean and useable. We enjoyed the quiet room, great parking and the closeness to our activities. The construction was a minor worry but a nearby Starbucks made up for it.

Check in was really long but the staff was patient and kind. We got a handicap room (not by request) and there were no doors to the bathroom. So it was uncomfortable for bathroom time during our stay. We have stayed here before and loved it. But even handicap individuals need privacy in the bathroom. Why no doors?!?!

Could’ve been better —needs work!

We were disappointed in the condition of the property and grounds. The rooms were decent, no working phones, a broken, taped up desk chair. We asked for cleaning service for two days and did not get it. Finally on check out of the 3rd day at 9am, when we needed the rest, they were ready to clean the room and get us out.

Not the best stay

The rooms A/C unit wasn't working properly the entire time we were there. Maintenance came several times to fix. If i was a manager there, I would have moved us to a different room. One night the temp got up to 76F. I was with 3 kids and a dog so dealing with this issue and the maintenance guys was cery difficult.
