Big property with an in intimate resort experience. All good options were great and it was nice to have diversity. Pool is right on the beach. Room was clean and well maintained. And staff was incredibly responsive.

Nice private beach resort with good value

It was remote and far from the airport, however, they had free shuttle from two of the hotels in Naha so it was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was great and there were so many different kinds of food. Just be careful not over eat:) We are glad that we went al the way to north to see the wild nature of the Okinawa Island. Naha was a huge city so just a day was enough for us and it was nice to be able to relax at this very nice resort. It is not super fancy, etc. but it was enough for us

The beach was beautiful, most staff very friendly. Food was mostly good, limited dietary restriction options. No room upgrade despite availability (we think) but we were happy with our room. We would have loved transport in the evening. We were supposed to drive but then ended up having to take a taxi and pay USD $200; and the shuttle back to the airport was free which we REALLY appreciated as a service, but only ran 1x per day at 9AM. Overall, we were pleased.

館内の設備が最高です。

家族3人一室で宿泊したため、大浴場でいっぺんに入れたのでとても良かったです。チェックアウトの日も海で遊んだ後利用できたので気持ちよく帰宅できました。また、大浴場やビーチで無料でタオルを貸し出ししていたため、部屋のタオル交換、掃除をパスすることで一泊1000円の館内利用料金割引が適用され、お得にアクティブティを楽しめました。ビーチやコインランドリーに無料の脱水機が設置されていたり、自転車の貸し出し等、大型リゾートホテルならではのサービスではないかと思います。もちろん朝食のビュッフェも毎朝楽しみでした。

Struttura grande e curata, camera spaziosa e staff gentile (anche se non parlano inglese). Colazione poco varia e ripetitiva. Spiaggia sicura e ben attrezzata, ma disturbata ogni giorno dal rumore delle moto d’acqua. Cena evitata per prezzi alti e pareri negativi di altri ospiti. Posizione scomoda della camera compensata dal servizio baggy gratuito.

Hotel ottimo sotto tanti punti di vista…la colazione e il ristorante a buffet sono molto buoni, è a poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge più belle dell’isola (quella dell’hotel non è il massimo) dopo una base americana. Servizi e pulizia ottimi. Dovrebbero migliorare invece la parte che riguarda le escursioni verso le isole più piccole.

ラウンジ付きのプランに、現地でアップグレードしました。台風の影響で、ビーチが使えず、屋内で過ごすことになったのですが、風呂とサウナを使ってから、ラウンジで過ごしました。食べ物は限られてましたが、飲み物は充実していて、満足のいくサービスでした。朝食は、二箇所で提供されていて、内容は大満足のいくものでした。また行って、楽しみたいと思います。

台風の影響もあり、海は濁っていたが、無料デッキやタオルサービスもあり、快適でした。また、隣接のプールも種類があり、小さな子どもがいても安心して楽しめると思います。また、海もプールも監視がしっかりしていて、安心できます。レストランは、ブュッフェ以外は比較的空いていて、ゆったりと食事出来ました。コテージは家族で利用しやすいのですが、敷地が広いので、奥のコテージになるとカートサービスを利用する機会が増えるのですが混み合う時間だと来てくれるまで時間がかかります。

今回で３回目の利用になりますが、毎回変わらず快適で気持ちの良いサービスを提供していただいています。今回はメインコテージを利用させていただきました。フロントからは少し離れているので、最初は不便かと思いましたが、子どもたちにとってはコテージまでカートで移動できることが、まるでアトラクションのようで大人気でした。またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思っています。ただ、ホテル周辺に飲食店が少ない点は少し残念かもしれません。
