フロント係に一人、頭や動作がとてもスローな子が居てイライラした。もっとテキパキしてほしいし、情報を正確に把握してほしい。あとその他の人もホテルのフロント係なのに言葉訛ってて聞き取れないことがあった。 レストランはとても美味しいし、そこの接客は素晴らしいです。連泊中毎日新しいタオルと部屋着・アメニティを持って来てくれるのも素晴らしい。また行きます。

家族5人で宿泊しましたが、部屋も十分広く、乳児用に布団を貸して貰えたのでゆっくり寝られました。 食事も美味しく概ね満足なのですが、朝夕食やチェックアウト時間帯はエレベーターが混雑でなかなか乗れなったのが唯一の難点です。
