We had a lovely stay for 2 nights and it served our needs very well. The check in was chaotic - being told to expect an sms with room details etc only to receive the sms 36 hours later !!! - but once in everything was fine. If the check in does not work well - and others checking in also had problems - for goodness sake have someone to hand easily.

No air conditioner and no service

The hotel was self-service for everything, check-in and out. If you need anything like extra bedding, general questions etc you don’t have anyone to ask to. In the ad it said it had air conditioner but this was absolutely not true, not even in the común area, it was suffocating and extremely hot, we couldn’t sleep, also the double bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Never staying there again.

Hotellet ligger i ett köpcentrum med en stor parkeringsplats utanför så inte så mysigt, å andra sidan är utsikten mot fjällen magnifik så det väger upp. Rummet var bra, rent och stort badrum, men man hör bilarna utanför eftersom man måste öppna fönstret då det var jättevarmt.

Nice hotel but is that enough?

The check in process was tedious, the machine did not work. After trying almost an hour I tried calling hotels.com which did not recognized the itenary number. So I was stuck with not being able to talk to an operator or person. Anyhow, alnost after 2 hours we Finally received help and got the rooms. The rooms very very nice with a good view. However, try ti stay away from rooms 1, 2 and3 as illmanned people tend to gather there laste at night and early in the morning, disturbing your sleep and stay. The staff was very very nice and helpful, when available.
