This was a one night stop along a road trip. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it was. The pool is outdoors so as you would expect for October, it was closed. I did not find an elevator. I didn't ask, so maybe it exists, but I was fine with carrying my stuff to the 2nd floor. The bed was firm but comfortable, and so were the pillows. Breakfast was the typical Choice Hotels fare and it was hot. The room was very quiet. I could barely hear the traffic on the nearby interstate.
On the downside, the free internet was virtually unusable. It took multiple attempts to connect, then glitched off completely very often, and was slow even when it was on. The in-room coffee was literally undrinkable - and I'm not a coffee snob. The coffee served with breakfast was much better, but still not great. The bathroom did not have any exhaust fan, and finally, another thing I found odd - though it didn't affect my stay - was an exposed electrical wire running above the mirror in the bathroom.
