Spa was dirty - green and smelly. Unsure how often they change the water. No parking for in house guests when a function is on Not maintained, needs a revamp and a good clean up. Arrived at 2.30pm and staff had to check if it had been cleaned for check in. Manager tried and was lovely. Elevators always seemed held up by cleaners bringing their trolleys up and down. Such a shame it’s not as professional as other hotels, Would not stay again.
