Definitely worth the money

Amazing stay at Hilton Plaza. It’s our first time here and will be our go to Plaza area hotel from now on. So clean, so quiet, so comfortable. And only a couple of blocks to the Plaza and about a five minute walk to the Railyard area. The self parking fee is a bit steep, but not out of line w other hotels in this location. Plus, it’s secure and convenient.

The hotel was wonderful! Perfect location as it was in walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. The only issue we had was room service as they were short staffed. We ordered room service three times and had to do it in person instead of over the phone. Other than that everything was amazing!

The location is perfect for walking around the square and seeing all the sites in the downtown area. The staff we encountered were not friendly. Our room was nice and cool with comfortable beds. The shower was another story- the hot water couldn’t be adjusted! It was lukewarm when you turned it on but once it got hot, it was HOT!

Check was a disaster until Wes stepped in. Merick is not front of house material. The women working with was no better. They actually lied to our face . We were about to walk out the door when in stepped Wes. Polished polite and sincere. Hilton could do themselves a favor and hang on to that young man .
