The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. The best part was the many staff we interacted with who were incredibly kind, helpful, efficient and attentive to detail. They made our stay super. We highly recommend LaSiesta!

Great hotel. It’s beautiful, and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. They let me store my luggage and extend my check-out by an hour. They also offered a free shower after walking around the city before leaving for the airport, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarters.

The staff was amazing and the hotel very stylish and comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. We didn’t get a room upgrade because they were fully booked but they went above and beyond in other ways- transferring our luggage to their sister hotel, booking spa treatments and their unwavering cheeriness. Highly recommend staying with these spectacular hosts.

Paid for 3,2m for a trip to CatBa car broke down we had to walk 300m in the 35 degree humidity carrying all our luggage to be able to find another car. We were expecting a better car for the price we paid .

Fabulous hotel in Hanoi

We had a wonderful time staying at La Siesta Premium Hotel in Hanoi. A great welcome and first class service the 3 nights we were there. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and a special mention to Quan and Ngan who really go out their way to ensure all is perfect and to your liking and help booking tours etc. It was so good, we are now booked in to La Siesta Saigon for our trip to Ho Chi Minh.
