The room was clean. Staff was hard to get ahold of at front desk, would have to knock on window to get someone to come half of the time. Parking was decent. You really get what you pay for. We stayed 2 nights for a concert and it was decent enough to sleep in. The hall had a musky smell but the room had no smell.

The room was dirty, three beer tops were underneath the phone, the bath tub was dirty. There were roaches in the room. The hallway was filthy. The elevator got stuck. There wasn’t a good breakfast selection.

Not a place I would recommend

We encountered several issues in the room. First a tick, that I was lucky to have found. The clerk moved us to a different room, in which the coffee maker did not work. I asked for a coffee maker, but clerk did not provide another one. Breakfast was ok for the price bracket. The area was sketchy, with lots of folks hanging around in the parking lot.

My son and I stayed this past weekend in Raleigh for Dreamville and our room was really nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly and I would stay here again if I return to Raleigh in the near future.

Nice Room but other areas need some updates

The rooms are updated and clean but the hallways need a lot of work. The hotel is on a main road with tons of traffic, so getting in and out can be challenge.

It was in a noisy neighborhood, lots of people yelling in the hallway and it was hard to sleep with the noise outside with cars, talking/ yelling/ and slamming doors and people yelling inside. Breakfast was minimal.

We survived

The hotel on the outside needs work looks a old. The lobby is nice and clean. The guy who checked us in was very nice. Rooms could have been swept better. Beds clean and the room smelled clean. The area it is located in is interesting, wouldn't recommend it for ones that have higher safety expectations. I sleep soundly, but my buddy said after dark it's very loud traffic wise, but are room faced the highway. For one night and the price, it's alright, not great and may spring for the extra money and longer drive time to the event next time.

The hotel has no soundproofing. It was loud all night long.

Everything about this hotel was good. They are doing some kind of construction around the property, which has it all inside of a fence. Took us a minute to figure out how to get in. There was a small bar area open till 10. Breakfast was fine. The lounge was large enough for families to sit around and get their breakfast meal and drinks in. Don’t know about any other amenities as we weren’t able or needed to use them.

It was better than I expected for a $70/night hotel. It was clean but a little rough around the edges. Employees were polite and helpful. Room was cozy but comfortable and clean. I did not receive my wake up call as promissed. Breakfast was MTO mini waffles, Raison Bread, and bread with no toaster. Overall better than I expected.
