We stay here quite often when visiting Bristol for events. The location is nice and central and availability of parking a handy bonus. This time we had a nice room upgrade on arrival with the stay only slightly let down by the nasty smell in the one working lift that permeated the whole of the 3rd floor corridor too. Thankfully no smells in the room.

The room was one of those modern eco bulb room and was like a dark cave it apparently was a four star but the room looked like a 3 star nothing special. Restaurant was all Indian food.
