Brilliant stay

We loved staying here. The owners were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They even let us check in much earlier when our bus arrived very early in the morning. The breakfasts were delicious too.

What a lovely hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and airy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The location was great, being tucked away from the busy streets down a picturesque side street, but still a five minute walk from the more tourist-friendly restaurant district. The hotel staff served us a complimentary breakfast (we decided on banana pancakes with chocolate!), and were able to book us a private tour/drive to our next stop in Hoi An. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for charming, relaxing and affordable stay in Hue!

They went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived until after we departed! They welcomed us with fresh fruit and coconut water. The room was spacious and hot water in the shower. They even gave us a complimentary ride to our bus and then mailed us an AppleTag we left behind! Wowowowow!!!

Excellent!

I had a very comfortable stay. Although it is close to downtown, it is tucked away so I could sleep quietly at night. The rooms were clean and had a balcony where we could smoke. The daughter spoke fluent English and was always looking out for me. Every time I saw her mother, she said hello! and made me feel very comfortable. If I have a chance to come to Hue next time, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Decent place to stay for a night

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location in a quiet area but within 5-10 min walking distance to the bars/restaurants/nightlife. The room itself was smaller than expected for two people, but doable. The bathroom also didn’t have ventilation which made the small room feel stuffy, especially after a shower. And without any bug screens on the window, we chose not to open them because we are prone to mosquito bites. so we couldn’t get any fresh air going into the room. There was some noise in the morning coming from the lobby since our room was on the first floor but that seems to be the norm in the homestays throughout Vietnam. And lastly, we wish there were more towels and that they were softer. The towels provided were thin. Overall we appreciated the friendliness of the host and its location. It was a really affordable price. But you get what you pay for here in this instance.

Very friendly and nice stay! The first impression when trying to find the way to the hotel (taxi cannot go there) made us skeptical, but overall this was probably the best place we stayed at in Vietnam during this trip (in spite of the very early rooster wake up calls). Very family-friendly, very much worth the money.

Hidden gem

The location is in a small alley off one of the main roads but it is close to everything but out of the traffic and noise. The owners and staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. Nothing was a problem for them and the service was just perfect in every way. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything you need. Great place to use as a base to explore Hue and surroundings.

We stayed at Hue four seasons hotel for 4 nights. Laura, Michael and family were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was so good, Laura was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. The taxi driver Laura booked for our transfer to Da Nang was fantastic. If in Hue again we would stay here again.
