We only stayed for two nights but the location was exactly what we needed to get between Newport and Irvine. The hotel is clean and breakfast was welcomed to start the day. I will be staying here again when I am in the area soon.

Felt very comfortable here. The bathroom door needs fixing and they could upgrade their breakfast. Other than that, we were very happy with this place. It's close enough for us to get to the beach and any where else we needed to go. Definitely will stay again.

Motel, not a hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Easy walk to amphitheater at fairgrounds. Not much nearby for food though. The only problem I had with motel is it is mislabeled, this is a motel not a hotel. Motel looks to be recently remodeled and is very nice for a motel.

The room was very adequate and comfortable. The staff friendly and polite were usually visible. The breakfast was a little disappointing. It was not always stocked and the tables were dirty as well as the floor. It was a bare-bones breakfast.
