The ceilng fell down on us

Overall not a bad hotel except that part of the ceiling fell down hitting me on the head and i also stepped on fallen plaster and some got inbedded in my toe. I told the front desk staff and they didn't allow me to speak to the manager or fill out an incident report. Overall not at all pleased

We came here in a pinch and were happy with our stay. Even though the place had no power when we stayed, everyone who worked there was cheerful and friendly and very helpful. We had a great time :)

Do not recommend. Entire place smells of cigarettes, no pillow cases on pillows, lock on door broke, no shower head in shower, no cabinets on bathroom sink, mold in shower and kitchen floors, carpet is filthy.

The place was very dirty. My room looked old and I think people lived in the hotel because some room doors were decorated with wreaths, etc and you could smell food was cooking. The elevator broke and I was on the third floor, so I took the closest stairs to leave and when I got to the bottom the door was locked leading outside. I had to take all my luggage back upstairs and find another stairwell, then it led me outside to the back and complete opposite end from the parking lot. Would not recommend.

Our stay was great- house keeping didnt do a great job before we checked in, our room hadnt been vacuumed and I I had to go reques a blanket because there wasnt one at all but they had curteous staff and we loved our room ❤️ 😀 we will cine back

The website still says that there is breakfast that animals are welcome and that there is a gym. All three are not true, but I also know that the management of the building has tried to report that to all the hotel websites.

As soon as you walk in, it's smelled like smoke and a non-smoking hotel. The elevator broke down the first night. I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets.Because mine was soiled they said they didn't have any they we're all dirty
