Main issue was not receiving a cleaning and running out of soap after one use. I would think housekeeping would have stopped by to clean and before arriving restocking soap. No welcome on the TV like all prior Tru stays. Breakfast was the same as prior Tru stays which was good. Wish water bottles were in the room though.

Air conditioning to cold to sit in lobby at times,especially from 3pm till 11pm. Attempted to watch TV during those hours, but it was uncomfortably too cool. Breakfast was fantastic!! Hats off to those who cleaned our room. Went above and beyond if we needed something. Special thanks to Halley's at the front desk for the time she took with us !! Don't want to forget Parker also !! Thanks to everyone once again.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the ac was amazing. The only issue we had was that initially we were given the wrong room, it was smaller than the one we booked and I did show the front desk person the booking and the difference between the rooms including the spare footage. He had said since the booking was done through Expedia and not directly them that they cannot guarantee the room that we booked even though I have always booked through Expedia and never had this issue including booking the same exact hotel in a different city same state. After a little while he was able to make something happen and get us the room we had booked. The breakfast also had a nice selection.

Being on the lake was nice and could sit on the pavillion. The breakfast was decent and there are a couple of people who were at the front desk who were amazing! I wish I could remember their names. I wish there was a pool. I was also called at 8:45 one evening because our tv was loud, it was only up because the air conditioner was so loud when it was running. we were constantly turning the tv up and down due to how loud the ac was. Also, dont be so skimpy with the towels, I have long hair and needed one for my head, each time I asked for towels, we got two, we were actually there for 7 nights and my other half is a diamond member.
