Great stay except for one issue

It was amazing, we had a great time and the room was beautiful with a great view. We encountered one problem. After using the onsen facilities including the dry sauna, the next day, the rooms were swapped. The women's room became the men's and the men's room became the women's room. The steam room in the men's room was out of order which was disappointing. We went to this hotel for the their onsen (hot springs) facilities, I wish we were told in advance that the steam room was out of order. We did not enjoy all of the facilities especially after paying such a high price for the room.

We visited for two nights and three days to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every staff member for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. Thanks to all of you, we were able to create truly special memories for our daughter, who has just turned 24 months old. Everything—from the cleanliness of our room, the quality of food and beverage outlets, to the pool and onsen—was outstanding. I would gladly give a perfect score for all the facilities and services. Special thanks to Faye for assisting with our check-in, and to Takamura and Oishi (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) for helping us make a restaurant reservation in Beppu city. I’m also thankful to the staff who kindly assisted with check-out and valet service around 11 a.m. on the 19th. While I may not remember every name, please know that we truly appreciated everyone’s efforts. As a five-star hotel, the facilities and services were, of course, excellent—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. My wife, daughter, and I were able to enjoy a wonderful, happy holiday thanks to all of you.

Best part of Beppu

Resort was amazing with great onsen. We stayed in all through our stay because of snow and it was so nice and cozy. French restaurant within the hotel was also superb. When we were leaving- we had to put on snowchains because of the snow and it was such a hard work and the staff (Takahashi and few other staff were there for us) was so helpful and put them on our tires for us. Also I left my novel in the room and they are shipping it back to me for free and i am very grateful. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

벳푸 최고 호텔

전망도 좋고 시설과 직원 서비스가 아주 훌륭합니다. 무료 발렛파킹이 매우 편했습니다. 조식은 맛있었지만 음식 종류가 좀 더 다양했으면 좋겠습니다. 온천도 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 입식 샤워대의 샤워기가 자꾸 옆으로 돌아가서 불편했습니다.

到着時のバレーサービス、洗練された部屋、美味しいレストラン、笑顔の素晴らしいスタッフ、全て一流のゆとりを感じます。 しかし大浴場は外国のスタッフにも楽しめるように設計されているので、そこは評価の分かれるところだと思います。

최근에 지어진 훌륭핰 호텔입니다만 서비스가 전혀 그에 걸맞지 않습니다. 수영장 베드 이용이 50분씩이라는 안내를 했다가 안했다가 하다가 저희가 맥주와 피자를 먹으니 말 못하다기 맥주 줄어들기를 기다리다가 가급적 먹고 빨리 베드를 비워달라 하여 불쾌하였고 조식이 정말 가짓수도 적고 맛도 별로입니다. 같은 음료를 시켜도 작은 물컵에 담아 서빙되는 사람과 큰 음료컵에 서빙되는 사람이 있어 황당했습니다. 이후 후쿠오카 그랜드하얏트 조식 및 서비스와 비교되었습니다. 체크인, 주차, 체크아웃, 룸서비스에서는 진정한 hopitality를 느꼈어요. 다만 레스토랑, 수영장(레스토랑 직원과 동일함) 서비스는 매우 의아하고 불쾌했습니다.
