"We really liked this hotel, though it was a bit of a pain to get to from Narita AP. Hotel has a currency exchange machine in lobby, which seems fairly common in Tokyo. View from our room wasn't great, but we paid for, and received, the cheap seats. Bed was comfortable. The PJs they provide for use are downright luxurious. (I would've liked to buy a pair to take home.) They also have robes to use and slippers. There were extra pillows so no need to ask for them. Bathroom has separate bathtub and...

"This hotel is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Well it has very few extras. It has a surprisingly nice set of services. Most things are taken care of yourself such as vending drinks, and snacks and a laundry room. Cleaning service is every third day but each night the staff puts clean towels and a clean robe in a bag outside your door and you only have to put your used ones in the same bag for them to exchange. The really nice feature are the Japanese baths and spa

"For Westerners this was a chance to have a more authentic Japanese-style hotel experience, with a no-shoes-inside policy and great onsen (hot spring baths) and Japanese breakfast. That can be different to get used to but enhanced the experience overall. It was overall a good experience. Room was attractive and clean. Bed placement in a corner wasn't great for a couple where we both need to get out. Great location."

"Note that we like generally like Hilton hotels, so our expectation was high. What we liked: - The room was pretty spacious and nice. We loved it. - The view of the Rainbow Bridge from the balcony was amazing. - The Jacuzzi on the roof (expensive, though) What we didn't like: - The room only had instant coffee - The space for breakfast buffet was tight and hard to navigate when it's crowded - You have to pay for the pool and jacuzzi Overall, I think it was 3.5 stars. "This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are small but very efficient and modern amd worked great for 2 of us. Bathroom is well appointed. Water is hot fast. This place is quiet. Buffet breakfast is so tasty but a little expensive. The lobby is beautiful. You feel like you are on park avenue. Checkin was excellent. 2 family markets inside on the 4th floor. We loved it here and highly recommend it. 5 stars!!!"

"Property took a bit of searching to find as it is part of the Prince Shinagawa network of hotels, and there are many versions within that same area space. Hotel is otherwise excellent and luxurious, though facilities seem limited in terms of 'what-to-do' within there. Outside of the shopping and dining area, you'd have to walk about 20 minutes to the next centre, which I felt was slightly inconvenient. Overall still a very good stay, and really appreciated the size of the corner-sized room."

"Clean and friendly staff. Check-in was easy as well. You have to go to the 25th floor for the hotel lobby. The 1st floor of the building is the street level and you can take the elevator up depending on which entry of the subway station you are coming from.
