I travel a lot and this place was just a hidden gem.
I am scared to give give it five stars because everyone will start discovering and I want to book for next fall or spring.
The breakfast was excellent. Only 8 rooms. Overlooks Florence. The hosts were so nice. The host recommend a restaurant for in a small Villiage the first night. The steak Florentino in the village blew the steak in Florence away.

It’s located at the wall of the city center so it’s walkable to all the restaurants, sights and shops therein and has free onsite parking. The breakfast is expansive and delicious, served in a delightful room. Rooms are clean, comfortable and good sized. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. "

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed my 1 night stay while hiking the Via Francigena. Many sites, stores, and restaurants are nearby. FYI, the hotel does not have an elevator."

"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "
