"This hotel is well-located and easily-walkable to little shops and cafes. The price was fair for the room (and breakfast!) and we got a room with a balcony which was lovely. The staff was all super helpful and even accomodated our strange requests including helping me figure out how to use the washer/dryer. Thanks so much for a nice stay!"

The resort is immaculately clean – spotless throughout – and the rooms are beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing in the June heat.

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

. Breakfast in the morning was great. During our stay we had trouble with our car and it had to go to the shop. The host arranged for taxis to come pick us up and bring us into town to get it. If you are looking for a peaceful stay at a beautiful property, this is the one for you!"

"The outside of the hotel was lovely and the pool area was amazing. The lobby was also nice and the hotel staff very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were dated and the carpet on the floor should be removed. I found with the heat outside and carpet inside halls and rooms, there was a stench which was unpleasant. There were four of us in a room and the air condition vent went directly towards my daughters bed and she ended up getting sick. The staff did not do anything about it. Not nice. ...
