with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house.

First of all, I counted 18 hairs in the bathtub when checking into our room, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been touched.
My family and I had booked 4 rooms at the hotel. We all noticed that none of our rooms had been ‘restocked’ when they had been cleaned. For example, no cups or amenities around the kettle biscuits, tea/ coffee, sugar etc were replaced. The bin also hadn’t been...

. We had everything we needed for a very comfy and relaxing stay! They made a great breakfast and were very knowledgeable on the area and history of the Manor. We were really close to everywhere we wanted to visit which made life a lot less in the car and more time to explore.We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!"

"Overall, we have a good stay. Lots of free on site parking. Check in was easy but the room was quite far with lots of up and down stairs). The room itself was fine, nice to have snacks. Could have been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. The bathroom was good but the shower screen is too small so water would drip outside of the bathtub onto the floor.
Breakfast was generally good with a reasonable variety of options.
