When we arrived Jonathan and his wife greeted us at the front door and welcomed us in. The location is perfect and right across from the beach front which my boys loved! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well presented and you could tell that this isn’t just a business but a real passion!

"I have been to Summer Lodge in the past but only to the dog-friendly whiskey bar for pre-prandials before the main course at the dog-friendly Acorn Inn (luscious dinner) over the road (which is part of the same hotel group). This visit was with my fairy godmother, as a treat / R&R after a particularly hard time for both of us. It was absolutely just what the doctor ordered. The understated
