"The room is a bit worn and not keen on spring mattresses but it was in a good location. Breakfast was 9 euro and well worth the money. Fresh everything, great selection of cereal, breads, fruit, meat, cheese. Helpful, pleasant staff. If you are someone who is just looking to get your head down for the night then you would be hard presses to beat this place. Superb value for money. "

"We had a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and large. The room and bathroom showed their age. It's an older property, but still comfortable. Oh yeah, the shower was tricky. When you tried to adjust the flow of water, it was very sensitive. If you weren't holding the hand-held part, it turned around and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff extremely helpful."

The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto."

"Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!"
