"A very nice full-service property. I had a very good dinner that was reasonably priced. And the exercise facilities were exceptional with a pool, exercise equipment rivaling a dedicated gym.
My standard room was spacious, with a desk, sofa, and chair. It had a mini fridge and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it had many options.
My only complaint was that the internet servicing my room was often not working (though it was fine else on the property)."

Although the area is high traffic, the rooms we were assigned allowed us to rest without interruptions. I'll be back in the future!"

The staff truly went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time, including opening up the rooftop pool for us to have an evening swim and giving us detailed advice for ways to navigate Quito during Santa Semana. "The hotel was excellent. The lobby was very nice with a large fountain and an antique car. The room was very large and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was huge and not the same each day. The spa on the room was fabulous. You must use or buy a swimming cap $5. but the equipment, hotub, and pool (small) were great."
