"I arrived late, when informing the hotel about the late arrivale they called and explain procedure, which was good. Arrived, really cold room, around 15-16 degrees according to my best guess, no warmwater when I wanted to take my shower in the morning. When I explain and ask for compensation when checking out, the person had no authority and left a message to the manager / owner and promised that he should call me back same day. 4 days later still no call.. "

"We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds."

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect close to restaurants and shopping and still far away from everything. Nice and quiet at all times and great folks to take care of the property and us. "The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....
