"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"Beautiful hotel situated above the town to provide you with an oasis from the world. Great historic property with old world charm meeting modern comfort. The staff was amazing, the facilities were great. Only note to US guests, the rooms can get a bit hot in August, but we’d stay again! "

"The stay in Das Falkenstein was beyond my expectation. The room was beautiful, well-furnished, with ample space. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. They had so wonderful facilities. I didn't want to leave!"

I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. I have no issues following dress code if there...

"I spent 4 nights at Hotel Latini as an extended weekend with work colleagues. The deal we got felt like a steal. Had a nice, simple room, great breakfast and dinner, sauna & spa and very friendly and attentive service. We all felt that we paid way too little for the quality we got. Would definitely visit again!"

"Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from."

"On a long trip in Europe, this was undoubtedly the best hotel. Fantastic staff everywhere from reception, bar and restaurant. The location together with good parking makes access easy. The spa department together with several swimming pools was very good. The rooms were great and well cleaned. Very high standard in everything.
The most important thing was that we felt at home and welcome because of the hospitable people who work there."
