"My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area...

Buffet also offers a good lunch and dinner for half price for hotel guests if you are not inclined to try local cuisine. "Got there around 12:30-12:45pm. They didn’t have the room available and asked to return back to 2pm. At 2pm, gave the keys but no room allocated. Multiple calls (staff hung up on an occasion), resulted in getting the room finally at 3:30-3:45pm…really bad management of rooms and if hadn’t called them multiple times, doubtful we would have had a room available till 5-6pm
