"This is a beautiful, wonderful hotel with a historic touch. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very attentive. Got a chance to meet the owners who are wonderful people.
The hotel itself is just a minute walking from anything shopping to restaurants, but away from the busy streets and noise. I’ve stayed in Ramallah before but nothing compares to this one and will be back again on my next trip to the area!"
"The hotel is excellent. The staff, the building, the internet, the breakfast. Everyone who can should consider visiting the West Bank, the people are very friendly and it is incredibly cheap. You don´t need a tour, just a passport Israel allows and perhaps don't mention you want to go to any place outside of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. They are trying to cut of Palestine from the world. This location is in the middle of no where and with no choice we paid extra funds above and beyond the tax and fee we paid via Expedia for full paid stay .

This is no 5 stars and have a huge sign as you walk in glamping site . And that’s really what it is
The site is dirty old and have trash every where
The rooms smell and dirty
Sketchy figures every where making it very unsafe
Pool didn’t work any of the days we were there and I see from other reviews it a salt never work
No food options at all . We didn’t have dinner or breakfast is this 5 star resort .
