"This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend "
"Hotel is one of the oldest, if not the oldest and it is in the middle of the city centre. Hotelroom I stayed in was very modern and completely refurbished with a view of the Coolsingel. Staff is very friendly and professional. "
