Overall, the stay was comfortable and good; location was excellent as Mid Valley Megamall was just right beside the hotel through a side entrance, meaning you don't need to brave the hot weather or sudden rainfall to get to the shopping mall.

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!
Nice hotel, conveniently central and next to a whole restaurant row of great little restaurants. If you’re a walker, it’s only 15 mins south to Chinatown and 15 mins northeast to the Towers. Handy. Rooms are nice, pool was lovely, though there weren’t many seats. Really good breakfast bar. Iffy WiFi was my only complaint. Sometimes great, sometimes barely there.
The Traveler’s Ark was excellent. It is above the Petaling Market in Chinatown and the n the center of everything. Great views from the roof deck. We enjoyed the lounge/ coffee bar. Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.
