Likes - 10 minute walk to Jakobson Gondola, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, free above ground parking (if you can find a spot), easy online check in,

Dislikes (for us) - no fridge in room, no kettle/coffee maker, pillows were flat / terrible had to request 4 extra (which hotel quickly provided), alot of road noise from traffic in morning / late evening, can hear everything in hallway on close by rooms. "

before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. The room was clean and tidy but somewhat old fashioned and energy efficiency wise the window seals could have been better to stop cold draughts. The beds were large and comfortable and the...

"We had a great stay. Family getting 2 rooms, we were told at check-in that the rooms were joined and they weren't. When asked if one room could change to give us joined rooms, they said it was not possible. We made due and still had a very nice time at the hotel. It has a lovely sauna area that is constantly maintained and clean. Breakfast was also very nice and a good variety. Staff really went the extra mile to assist with finding my spouse activities to do while we

"The hotel was very clean and the breakfast excellent. On the low side, I noticed afterward that I was charged 60% more than my colleagues (at same conditions) which gives a bitter impression.
Last I would say that the size of the room is not in line with the price, it is quite tiny."
