Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented."

"I had a 10 day stay with my 90 year old mother and it was a very special time for us made absolutely amazing by ALL the staff from security, reception, housekeeping, maintenance to restaurant staff at Momo. The chefs created an amazing buffet with an array of delicious and varied food for each meal and went above and beyond to make special dishes for my mum and made us feel super special. Special shout out to Chef Umed (missed you on our last day), Chef Sunil, Chef Dipayan, Divya and Vaibhavi...

"Large, clean, quiet room at a good price. The front desk wasn't so useful if you needed help with transportation or local activities, and there were issues finding the hotel location with GPS and local ride services (there is a sign on the main road but the actual hotel is a ways back on a side road)."

"The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund .
